McIlroy suffers setback in Shanghai

World number three Rory McIlroy has suffered a setback in his bid to win the Race to Dubai, at the WGC-HSBC Champions event in Shanghai.

The Northern Irish golfer is one-under after a 71, while Rikard Karlberg has a one-shot lead on eight-under.

Offaly golfer Shane Lowry is two-over after an opening round 74.
