Poulter: ‘I can't shovel s**t uphill forever’
Ian Poulter has taken to Twitter to respond to criticism for not taking part in the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth, one of the flagship golfing tournaments in his native Britain.
An article in Monday’s Daily Mail had compared him unfavourably to Masters winner Jordan Spieth, who played a tournament in South Carolina the week after his win in Augusta.

The Ryder Cup favourite was quick to give his entirely logical reasons for not playing a course he has previously admitted he does not like.
I've played 13 PGA's at Wentworth and had 1 Top 10. I've had 8 MC. Would Usain Bolt compete in a marathon. I didn't think so.... Enough said

Simple terms. I've won 19.11 world ranking points from poss 832 over 13 years. & for tied 3rd at Open in 2012 I won 28.50 Points.
