Phil Mickelson keeps his secret weapon WHERE?

We'll just put this right out there: this headline mistake is absolutely glorious.

Poor Phil Mickelson – an American golfer who is the world number five – probably wasn't expecting this headline when he gave the interview.

Of course, this misunderstanding is just a sub-editor not forseeing the problem with a cut-off headline. He just read the following line from the piece:

“It is a whole different weapon in my arsenal now. If I drive the ball well as in practice now, heading into the 2014 season it could be the best possible season of my career."

... and thought it would make a great headline. Which it most certainly did.

The internet. Making it impossible for people to hide their rather embarrasing mistakes since 1986.
