Montgomerie: US crowds will heckle Garcia

Colin Montgomerie believes Sergio Garcia should be well prepared to face a hostile reception at this week's US Open, even though the Spaniard has taken another step towards settling his differences with Tiger Woods.

Garcia escaped punishment for what could be construed as a racist remark about Woods after offering an unreserved apology for his "stupid and out of place" comments at the European Tour's annual awards ceremony last month.
