Rory in pole position for €10m windfall

Rory McIlroy remained on course for a €10m payday midway through the third round of the Tour Championship in Atlanta today.

The 23-year-old world number one was not threatening the lead at East Lake, but was high enough on the leaderboard to scoop the FedEx Cup jackpot if the situation remained the same on Sunday.
