Harrington enjoys stunning start

Ireland’s Padraig Harrington lit up the Transitions Championship in Florida today with a dazzling course-record 10-under-par 61, the lowest round of his career.

Having slipped down to 90th in the world rankings, Harrington put recent woes behind him with a blistering round.

The three-time major winner started with back-to-back birdies at Innisbrook, finished with three in a row and had five more in between to take one shot off the course record.
