Rory McIlroy and Thomas Bjorn opened the door to the chasing pack at the Omega Dubai Desert Classic today – and Lee Westwood was only too happy to walk in.

Three behind at the halfway point, Westwood shot a five-under-par 67 and will go into the final round with a one-stroke lead.
