Hanson leads way in Doha

Swede Peter Hanson gave himself the chance to make instant amends for last week’s collapse when he marched into the lead at the wind-delayed Qatar Masters today.

With the event cut to 54 holes after less than three hours’ play was possible in Doha yesterday, the Ryder Cup player birdied four of his first seven holes in the second round.
