David Hearn shot a second successive 66 to take the clubhouse lead on the second day of the Sony Open in Hawaii, but it was Brendon de Jonge who stole the limelight as he charged up the standings with a superb 62.

Hearn started the day three shots behind overnight leader and fellow Canadian Graham DeLaet and looked set to slip further adrift as he dropped shots at both the second and third holes.
