Hoey still in the mix at Dunhill Championship

Lee Westwood and Colin Montgomerie were today among those hoping to take advantage of more perfect conditions in the second round of the Dunhill Links Championship.

The pro-am tournament staged at St Andrews, Carnoustie and Kingsbarns has often been dogged by bad weather, but a surprise heatwave continued today as many of the top stars tackled Carnoustie.
