Europe mount fightback in Seve Trophy

Continental Europe fought back to lead two of the five fourball matches against Great Britain and Ireland during the early stages of the second round of the Vivendi Seve Trophy at St-Nom-La-Breteche.

GB&I led 4-1 overnight and were in dominant mood with captain Paul McGinley deciding to stick with his pairings from the opening day as he looked to press home the early advantage.
