Woods set for California return

Tiger Woods is to play the Frys.com Open in California on October 6-9.

After three months out with knee and Achilles tendon injuries Woods finished only 37th at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational three weeks ago and then missed the cut by six shots in the USPGA Championship.
