Course-record fires Pettersen

A superb course-record round of 63 saw Suzann Pettersen snatch a share of the lead after the second round of the Ladies Irish Open today.

The Norwegian world number three put herself 10 under par overall thanks to today’s excellent nine-under round at Killeen Castle in Co Meath, managing seven birdies and a majestic eagle on the par-five 12th.
