Aiken takes Barcelona title

South African Thomas Aiken won the Spanish Open by two shots in Barcelona today for his first European Tour title.

Aiken scored a closing 70 at El Prat to finish with a 10-under-par total of 276.

Dane Anders Hansen was second and Scotland’s Scott Jamieson shared third, one stroke further back, with Spaniard Pablo Larrazabal.
