Singapore Open resumes after thunderstorm

Play in the final round of the Barclays Singapore Open was delayed this morning due to thunderstorms.

Play resumed at 5:25pm local time (9.25am Irish time) following a delay of more than five-and-a-half hours although the lengthy suspension means the tournament is now unlikely to be concluded until tomorrow morning.

Adam Scott, Ian Poulter and Kang Kyung-nam were in a share of the lead on 14-under-par when proceedings were brought to a halt due to the weather.

Both Poulter and Kang had just birdied the third to draw level with Scott. Graeme McDowell and Anders Hansen were tied for fourth on 12-under through four holes.
