Jimenez in front in Switzerland

Miguel Angel Jimenez was still three clear of Ryder Cup team-mate Edoardo Molinari with nine holes to play in the Omega European Masters third round at Crans-sur-Sierre in Switzerland today.

Last week’s winner Molinari – his triumph at Gleneagles was swiftly followed by a wild card from cup captain Colin Montgomerie – was still to have his first bogey in the tournament.
