Paris to stage pre-Ryder event

The European Tour event the week before the Ryder Cup will be played at Golf de Joyenval near Paris on September 23-26.

The Vivendi Cup stroke play tournament, with the opening two days a pro-am, takes over from last year’s Vivendi Trophy in which Britain and Ireland beat Continental Europe at St Nom la Breteche.
