While Tiger Woods travelled to Augusta unsure how Masters fans would treat him, Phil Mickelson knew in advance.

The 2004 and 2006 champion is a firm favourite of the galleries, even more so since his wife and mother were diagnosed with breast cancer almost a year ago.
