Erlandsson matches course record at KLM Open
Even with a bogey six on his card, Sweden’s Martin Erlandsson equalled the Zennemer course record with a seven-under-par 63 on the final day of the KLM Open in The Netherlands today.
Erlandsson bogeyed the long seventh, but had eagled the 363-yard sixth and then came home in 29 to match the mark set by Marcus Higley on Friday and matched first by Alejandro Canizares and then by Sam Little.
Erlandsson signed for a seven-under aggregate, but that was still seven behind his compatriot Peter Hedblom, who led by two overnight from Ireland’s Peter Lawrie and by three from defending champion Darren Clarke.
