Hansen hands lead to Levet as Lawrie sits in second
Ryder Cup player Soren Hansen made a complete mess of the same hole for the second day running to hand Frenchman Thomas Levet a three-stroke lead midway through the third round of the Spanish Open in Girona today, with Ireland's Peter Lawrie sitting pretty in second place.
After finishing his second round with a double bogey six on the 478-yard ninth Hansen, whose opening 63 broke the record for the PGA Catalunya course near Girona, fared even worse on his return.
