Hansen happy after course record

Dane Soren Hansen is the only member of last year’s Ryder Cup team not to have qualified for next week’s Players Championship – golf’s unofficial fifth major - in Florida.

But there is no need to feel sorry for Soren right now. He led the Spanish Open going into today’s second round after a course record of 63 at PGA Catalunya near Girona.
