Singh sees off Harrington in Singapore

Jeev Milkha Singh out-fought Padraig Harrington in a nervy battle down the closing stretch as the Indian ace claimed a one-stroke victory at the Barclays Singapore Open today.

Singh edged a shot ahead at Sentosa Golf Club’s Serapong course after the Irishman suffered an unlucky double-bogey at the 16th and took the clubhouse lead when Harrington missed his five-foot birdie attempt at the 18th.
