Harrington closes the gap

Double major winner Padraig Harrington remains third in the world rankings but has closed to just over two points behind second-placed Phil Mickelson.

Spain’s Sergio Garcia, denied by the Irishman at the US PGA just as he was in last year’s Open, is up to fourth and Sweden’s Henrik Stenson improves to sixth.
