McLardy misses out on record
South African Andrew McLardy missed a golden opportunity for a course record on the final day of the BMW International in Munich.
After two eagles and seven birdies – and also two bogeys – McLardy missed from under three feet on the last and so with a par five there signed for a 63, one more than the record held by six players including Darren Clarke, David Feherty and Jose Maria Olazabal.
