Clarke slams Adare layout

Darren Clarke complained about the set-up of the Adare Manor course today as he began the Irish Open with a level-par 72 – six behind leaders Richard Green and Jeev Milkha Singh.

“The course was ridiculously difficult this afternoon,” said Clarke. “It was disappointing.
