Lowry leads Sotogrande Cup
Ireland's Shane Lowry fired a three-under-par 69 today to lead the Sotogrande Cup ahead of tomorrow's final round.
The Esker Hills man, who recently added the West of Ireland title to last season's Irish Close crown, is one stroke clear of France's Benjamin Herbert on seven-under par.
Sweden leads the Nations Cup by a shot from Scotland on 643 with Spain and Ireland on 648 in third and fourth place respectively.
Lowry would become the second successive Irish winner following Rory McIlroy's victory in the individual championship last year.
