Azinger wants more time

Paul Azinger’s four wild cards for the Ryder Cup will be named only two weeks before the sides gather at Valhalla in September.

Previous American teams have had only two captain’s picks and have been known more than a month ahead of the match, but Azinger asked for more wild cards and more time to decide who he wanted.
