Duo given tour extensions

The back problems suffered by Scot Gary Orr and American Notah Begay have led to them being given medical extensions to their European Tour membership next season.

Begay, a former US Tour winner and partner of Tiger Woods in the 2000 Presidents Cup, has not played since the Irish Open in May and finished outside the top 200 on the Order of Merit, but will keep his current exempt category for the whole of next year.
