Great Britain and Ireland behind in PGA Cup

Great Britain & Ireland fought bravely in sweltering conditions on the second day of the 23rd PGA Cup but it was not enough to prevent them slipping 9-7 behind against USA at the Oconee Course in Greensboro, Georgia.

USA edged a thrilling morning of foursomes to level the scores at 6-6 in the Ryder Cup-style tournament for club professionals.
