Tiger Woods was threatening to shoot the lowest score of his career halfway through the second round at the €5m Tour Championship.

Woods picked up seven shots in a stunning six-hole stretch on the front nine at East Lake, negotiating the outward half in just 28 strokes in perfect scoring conditions.
