Wilson on course despite pain in the neck
England’s Oliver Wilson remains in contention for a first tour victory in the Omega European Masters despite almost pulling out before the start of the third round.
Wilson held a one-shot lead at the halfway stage in Crans-sur-Sierre but woke with a stiff neck and required an hour of physio treatment before starting play.
