Wie slump continues

Michelle Wie’s downward spiral continued in the opening round at the United States Women’s Open at Southern Pines in California.

The 17-year-old carded an 11-over-par 82 – and the most amazing aspect of that is that it could have been considerably worse if not for a relatively sharp short game.
