Spain's Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano has beaten Austrian Markus Brier in a play-off to win the Italian Open in Milan.

Fernandez-Castano won the play-off at the second extra hole. His victory earns him £193,163 (€283,351), while Brier picks up £128,770 (€188,892).
