Harrington six shots off lead at World Golf Championship

Ireland's Padraig Harrington is six shots off the lead heading into the second day of the World Golf Championship in Miami today.

The Dubliner carded an opening-round 73 yesterday to finish on one over par.

Sweden's Henrik Stenson and Australian Robert Allenby are tied for the lead on five under.

Elsewhere, Ricardo Santos leads heading into day two of the Madeira Islands Open after finishing up on six under par yesterday.

Ireland's Gary Murphy and Peter Lawrie are on two over and three over respectively, while David Higgins will complete his first round this morning after finishing up on one over after 16 holes last night.
