Monty sets top 10 target

Colin Montgomerie is confident he can make a return to the world’s top 10 as the winner of eight European Tour Order of Merits looks to add the Johnnie Walker Classic to his burgeoning collection at the Blue Canyon Country Club this week.

Montgomerie has been encouraged by his start to the year and was pleased with his performance against Johan Edfors on the first day at the Match Play Championship in Arizona before losing to Paul Casey.
