Clarke 'growing close' to family friend

Golfer Darren Clarke has struck up a close friendship with with a family friend following the death of his wife from cancer, it was reported today.

The Ryder Cup star has been spending time with Nicola Regan, a divorced mother-of-six, The News of the World said.
