Hoffman holds lead at suspended Frys.com

Charley Hoffman shot 6-under-par before being forced to the clubhouse due to darkness after 14 holes to hold a one-shot lead in the suspended third round of the Frys.com Open.

Twenty-two golfers will complete their third rounds Sunday morning at the TPC Summerlin course.

Hoffman, whose best finish this season was a tie for eighth at the Byron Nelson Championship, birdied eight of his final 12 holes.

He leads by one shot over fellow American Troy Matteson and by two in front of Sweden's Daniel Chopra, who is the clubhouse leader at 15-under 200.

Matteson was 5-under but made it just through 12 holes.

Bill Haas and Japan's Shigeki Maruyama also are at 15-under.

Haas is through 14 holes and Maruyama finished 13.
