American players make charity contribution

The American Ryder Cup team will again be distributing €2m to various charities under their agreement reached with the Professional Golfers’ Association of America.

Each member of the side, plus captain Tom Lehman, can contribute roughly €78,000 to the college or university of their choice, with the same amount going to a charity of their choice.
