High winds disrupted Ryder Cup preparations at the K Club with practice delayed for America and Europe.

All buses to the Co Kildare course were suspended as the tail end of `Hurricane Gordon` made its way to Ireland.

The Americans were due to start their second practice rounds at 7.30am followed by Europe at 8am but were told this was being delayed because of the conditions.
