Wie added a second-round 79 to her opening 78 for a 15-over-par total of 157 - 22 shots behind clubhouse leaders Bradley Dredge and Marcel Siem. Swiss amateur Sandro Tan-Piaget had finished on 16 over but was then disqualified for signing for a wrong score.
