Karlsson win boosts Ryder cup hopes

Sweden’s Robert Karlsson today claimed his second European Tour title in two months to move into the automatic qualifying places for the Ryder Cup.

Karlsson fired a closing 67 for a 25-under-par total of 263 to win the Deutsche Bank Players’ Championship at Gut Kaden by four shots.
