Woods tips Garcia to shine

British Open champion Tiger Woods has backed Sergio Garcia to end Europe’s search for a major after watching the Spaniard crumble playing alongside him in the final round.

Garcia began the final day one shot behind but gave up two shots in his first three holes and Woods never looked back as he progressed serenely to his third Claret Jug and 11th major in total.
