Coceres surges clear

Former European tour winner Jose Coceres left the rest of the field trailing in his wake with a second successive 64 at the Booz Allen Classic in Potomac.

The Argentinian, in only his fourth US Tour appearance of the year after losing his card, stood 14 under par, with American Jeff Gove his nearest challenger on 10 under with five holes remaining.
