The Swede, now the ninth highest-ranked European, beat Americans Zach Johnson and Brett Zetterich by two.
Wales Open winner Robert Karlsson, involved at Walton Heath today in trying to qualify for next week’s US Open, is up to 94th, having started the year down at 216th.
