Qualifying for July's British Open championship, back at Hoylake for the first time since 1967, begins tomorrow with the first of five 36-hole tournaments around the world.

Royal Johannesburg and Kensington host the African qualifier, but included in the field are England's Justin Walters and Scot Doug McGuigan, who last year earned a place at St Andrews by finishing third.
