Rivals fall back as Cabrera powers on

Overnight leader Angel Cabrera saw his advantage grow in the third round of the Nedbank Golf Challenge in Sun City but that was due to his rivals’ difficulties rather than anything he did himself.

The Argentinian, who set the course record yesterday with a 64 to leap to nine under, was level par through six holes having bogeyed the par-four first but birdied the long next.
