McGinley wins Volvo Masters

Ireland's Paul McGinley has won the Volvo Masters at Valderrama.

McGinley, nine adrift at halfway, had a closing 67 to take the €662,449 title - only his fourth in 361 European tour events.

McGinley, 10 under par, finished up winning by two from Sergio Garcia, runner-up for the second year running, with Montgomerie joint third with Luke Donald and Jose Maria Olazabal.
