Scorecard rule to be changed

The rule which caused one of the biggest controversies in golf for many years is to be changed.

Two years ago England’s Mark Roe saw his hopes of winning the British Open dashed when it was discovered he and playing partner Jesper Parnevik had failed to exchange scorecards and had signed the wrong ones.
