Ferrie takes route 66

A flawless 66 in the Linde German Masters kept Kenneth Ferrie’s hopes of qualifying for the Seve Trophy alive today.

Nick Dougherty currently occupies the final automatic berth for Colin Montgomerie’s Britain and Ireland team, which will be decided via the Order of Merit at the end of the £2.2m (€3.25m) event on Sunday evening.
