Garcia driven by personal tragedy

Sergio Garcia has spoken of the sadness behind his victory in the opening event of Europe’s Ryder Cup qualifying race.

Garcia last night dedicated his win in the Omega European Masters in Switzerland to Maria Garcia Estrada, a 24-year-old close friend who died on Friday night after a battle with lung cancer.
